There is a considerable number of mainstream articles and blog posts discussing ways to control your stress, anxiety, and depression.
Unfortunately, most of that content does not cite relevant or credible scientific evidence to support the recommendations. Preparing for this book, however, I reviewed the science behind specific habits that can activate brain networks to lower stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms.
I believe that the seven habits I have identified will optimize the integration of the Self, as well as maximize the production of feel-good chemicals in our brains, which can be further amplified by the power of self-love.
